Technology founder and longtime operator brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling technology-enabled businesses

DALLAS, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — HighLevel, the AI-powered operating system for businesses, agencies, and founders, has announced the appointment of Matt Maloney, founder and former CEO of Grubhub, to its Board of Directors.

Maloney brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling technology-enabled businesses. As founder and CEO of Grubhub, he helped build one of the first scaled online food- ordering marketplaces in the United States, leading the company over a 17-year tenure from startup through significant growth, its merger with Seamless, and its multibillion-dollar acquisition by Just Eat Takeaway.com in 2021.

Maloney’s appointment comes during a period of significant global expansion for HighLevel.
