Nth Generation, a leading provider of IT, cybersecurity, AI, and digital transformation solutions, is announcing the appointment of Todd Burkhardt as Chief Executive Officer. Previously serving as Co-President alongside Dan Molina, Burkhardt assumes responsibility for the company’s overall strategic direction, growth, financial performance, and continued commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes. To this position, Burkhardt brings extensive industry expertise and a deep understanding of Nth’s culture, customers, and vision for the future.

This is following the retirement of Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Jan Baldwin, and is part of Nth’s long-term leadership elevation and succession plan. After decades of leadership, Jan Baldwin will continue to serve as a member of Nth’s board of directors.

With Burkhardt’s appointment, Dan Molina remains the sole President and continues to serve as Chief Technology Officer. Molina will serve as the execution leader, while continuing to drive Nth’s technology strategy and innovation initiatives.

Burkhardt, the company’s first employee and a 33-year technology industry veteran, assumes the position after playing an instrumental role in Nth Generation’s growth and evolution, helping establish the company as one of Southern California’s most trusted technology advisors. Throughout his tenure, Burkhardt has helped build and expand the organization’s engineering capabilities into a full-service IT team while overseeing critical functions including sales, pre-sales engineering, systems integration, project management, and internal IT operations.
